1. Cancellations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect information: If incorrect pickup/drop-off details were provided by the customer, leading to a failure to meet expectations.

  • Failure to show up: If the customer is not present at the scheduled pickup time and location.

Refunds are not applicable on special offers, promotional discounts, or gift cards unless otherwise stated.
